We need to save and process personal information about you, such as name, e-mail address and any photographs that are taken in connection with a practice session. The aim of this processing is to be able to send you a record after the exercise is completed.
We obtained your details directly from you or your local exercise leader and/or exercise manager at your organisation. There is no requirement to append name or e-mail address. We apply applicable privacy legislation in all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is consent. You have the right to revoke your consent to the data processing at any time. Your data will be saved as long as your organisation has a collaborative agreement with us.
The personal data we process about you is shared with the personal data assistants we use to enable us to perform our services and fulfil our obligations in relation to your organisation. We may also share your personal data with a third party, provided that we are legally obliged to do so. However, we will never transfer your data to a country outside the EU.
The personal data controller is Three Level Collaboration - Research (3LC) AB (corp. ID no. 556963-3356). You have the right to contact us if you would like to access the information we have about you, to request correction, transfer or that we restrict the processing, to object or request that your details are deleted.
